Live casino content supplier Ezugi has decided to strengthen its position by going live in Colombia via Betplay. This is part of the brand’s move towards extending its presence in the LatAm region.

As part of Evolution Gaming, Ezugi was granted official permission to launch its live casino portfolio in the Colombian market. With this new deal, the brand’s games like live roulette, blackjack, and live baccarat will now be accessible to Betplay customers. Localized Spanish table games will be added in the future.

Ezugi is already known for providing cutting-edge products for the casino market. Its live casino games are broadcasted from nine different studios worldwide. The Colombia expansion is part of its plan to become the number one choice in Latin America.

“We are thrilled to have secured certification in Colombia and offer live casino titles to players in the market via our operator partner, Betplay,” Erick Mendez, Business Development Manager at Ezugi, said in reference to the deal.

“Obtaining approvals in regulated markets around the world is at the core of our growth strategy and entering Colombia further establishes Ezugi as the leading live casino provider in LatAm and beyond,” he added.

Mendez also went on to say that they have identified the Latin American region as having huge growth potential with Colombia as a key market where live casino is sure to enjoy incredible traction and engagement as it matures.

“We are pleased that our journey in Colombia starts with Betplay and look forward to working with more operators in the region over the coming weeks and months,” Mendez concluded.

Meanwhile Carlos Mario Mora Alvarez, Direccion Operaciones Online at Betplay, commented:

“Partnering with Ezugi is a landmark moment for Betplay, allowing us to offer our players the best live dealer content for the very first time. Colombia might be a relatively new market, but players are savvy and discerning and are demanding the same variety of games available in more established regions. Integrating live casino content into our game lobby has been high in our agenda and we are delighted to have joined forces with Ezugi to make this happen.”
